If someone writes to someone that they will "kill them" online or in chats, be it in a game or forum etc. are they labelled as murderers? Look, i might be literally the only one here with this take but to hell with it... I still don't think we have enough information. For instance, the fact that there was a 3 year deliberation period raises an eyebrow. If this is such an open and shut case, why would the deliberation be so arduous?
